Accessibility Statement
Model accessibility statement for website and mobile application for entities referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1-bis of Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004
Ristorante Savini srl is committed to making its website accessible, in compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004. This accessibility statement applies to the website www.savinimilano.it
.
Compliance status
Partially compliant This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the cases of non-compliance and/or exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
a) Non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004.
1.In some sections of the site, such as the footer, navigation menu, some text boxes, buttons, and other textual elements, the text may appear small under certain viewing conditions. It should be noted that these elements do not contain main content and are nonetheless readable.
2. In some parts of the site there are texts with suboptimal visual contrast, for example gold-colored text on light backgrounds.
3. In the page headers, titles appear over background images. A visual effect has been applied to increase the contrast between text and image, but in some situations readability may still not be optimal.
4. Contact forms do not use labels to indicate the content of the fields (placeholders are used instead, which are not considered sufficient by the standard).
5. On some pages there are buttons that link to different sections of the site but have the same text, whereas they should provide a more precise indication of the destination.
6. Image descriptions are available only in Italian, due to limitations of the site architecture.
b) Disproportionate burden.
It is considered that the changes required to address points A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, and A6 are not consistent with the site layout, as changing the contrast colors would compromise the visual harmony of the site. These issues are also considered minor shortcomings that are already sufficiently addressed (although not perfectly) to allow adequate accessibility through the tools implemented and used.
Point A6 would require a complete redesign of the translated sections, due to the architecture in use. Possible alternatives are nevertheless under evaluation.
c) Content outside the scope of applicable legislation.
- The section dedicated to cookie management and the information banner are provided by an external service and may present accessibility limitations. As they are not directly customizable, they are excluded from the scope of the legislation. In case of difficulty, users may contact support to receive alternative information.
- Any videos and spam protection blocks (ReCaptcha) are integrated via external services. As they cannot be directly modified, the content may not be fully accessible for some users. In this case as well, it is possible to contact support to receive alternative guidance.
